Offer for the hiring of technical staff

In order to meet the needs of our business partners, we have prepared a proposal for cooperation, which is an offer to hire technical personnel. It will provide you with full flexibility, access to highly qualified specialists and optimization of costs and resources, which is particularly attractive for companies operating in a dynamically changing business environment. The technical personnel rental offer is based on our provision of specialized employees to perform a variety of technical tasks for projects or customer needs.

01.

Tig welders

Our TIG welders are engaged in welding using the TIG method, which is considered one of the most precise and versatile welding methods. TIG welding is now often used in the aerospace, automotive and chemical industries, as well as in the production of medical equipment and in many other sectors where high quality and precision welds are required. This type of welding uses a non-fusible tungsten electrode and a gas shield – which is usually argon – to protect the weld from contaminants from the atmosphere. First, TIG welders prepare the materials to be welded by cleaning by cutting and aligning the parts. Then they use a TIG torch to make the welds. This device generates an electric arc between a tungsten electrode and the material to be welded. This allows TIG welders to add filler material manually or weld without adding material (autogenous welding). At all times, TIG welders carefully check the quality of the welds, both visually and using various non-destructive methods (such as ultrasonic and X-ray tests). In addition, they take care of the correct setting and calibration of TIG welding equipment, ensuring that parameters such as welding current, shielding gas flow and tungsten electrode cleanliness are correct.

Pipe fitters

Our pipe fitters are engaged in the installation, maintenance and repair of pipeline systems. Their work is crucial to ensure the smooth functioning of the pipeline infrastructure. The task of this group of workers is to install pipes in various systems, such as plumbing, heating, gas and industrial systems. Pipe fitters perform regular inspections of pipeline systems and repair any faults, leaks or damage. In their daily work, they perform activities such as assembling accessories (installing items such as valves, pumps, boilers, tanks or filters), welding and sealing, as well as analyzing technical drawings and installation plans. Pipe fitters also perform pressure tests and leak inspections to ensure that all systems under their authority are operating properly and are safe.

03.

Lead fitters

Our lead fitters play a key role in managing and overseeing the assembly processes, allowing pipeline projects to run smoothly and without problems. Also known as foremen or fitter team leaders, these employees are tasked with not only performing standard pipe assembly duties, but also directing and supervising the work of the other fitters working in their team. Their job is to plan, organize and supervise the day-to-day activities of a team of fitters and ensure that the work is carried out according to schedule and quality standards. Lead fitters are in charge of distributing tasks among team members according to their skills and experience to maximize work efficiency. In addition, lead fitters monitor and check the quality of the work performed to ensure that it complies with technical requirements and safety standards. This allows them to quickly identify and resolve problems that may arise during projects, both technical and organizational.

MIG/MAG welders

MIG/MAG welders, specializing in gas shielded arc welding methods, have a number of specific tasks and responsibilities in our company. Their work is crucial for creating solid and durable joints in various metal structures. In the case of MIG, their task is to weld using inert gases (such as argon). MAG welding, on the other hand, is welding using gases (such as carbon dioxide or mixtures of argon and CO₂) to protect the weld and aid the welding process at the same time. First, MIG/MAG welders prepare and clean metal parts before welding, which may include removing rust, paint or other contaminants. They then set up and calibrate the welding equipment and select the appropriate welding parameters, such as current, voltage, wire feed speed and shielding gas type. MIG/MAG welders monitor the electric arc and liquid metal at all times to ensure that the materials are properly joined.

Structure assemblers

Structure assemblers in our company are engaged in the assembly, installation and disassembly of various types of steel and metal structures. Their duties include analyzing plans, technical drawings and specifications, as well as checking supplied materials for compliance with the design. In their day-to-day work, our structural assemblers are involved in connecting individual structural components using bolting, welding or other joining methods. Our workers use cranes, chain lifts, slings (only certified equipment) to lift and place large structural elements in place. After the assembly is completed, they check the whole thing for compliance with technical drawings and safety standards. Their task is also to repair damaged structures, replace damaged components and improve faulty connections.
06.

Shipyard assemblers

Shipbuilding fitters, also known as ship fitters, specialize in the assembly, installation, maintenance and repair of various components and systems on ships and other vessels. One of the tasks they are assigned is the assembly of the hull and superstructures. Our workers perform such tasks as cutting, shaping and preparing steel or aluminum components, and then assemble them by grafting, which is the preparation of components for welding. Shipyard assemblers also carry out finishing work on ship interiors and decks – this is the installation of partitions, doors, windows, furniture and other elements of ship interiors, as well as the laying of deck coverings, the installation of railings, anchor elevators and other deck elements.

07.

Shipyard mechanics

Shipyard mechanics’ tasks include installing engines, gears, pumps, generators and other mechanical equipment and electrical systems. Their duties also include welding cracks, replacing damaged components and repairing other structural damage, as well as installing new systems, replacing old equipment with new, and upgrading existing installations.
08.

Technical staff for the revision of transmission pumps

Our technical staff of transmission pump revision are specialized personnel responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair and testing of transmission pumps in various industrial installations. They carry out regular inspections of pumps, checking their technical condition, wear and tear of parts and efficiency of operation. The team handles routine maintenance of pumps, including lubrication, cleaning, adjustment and replacement of worn parts. In addition, our staff performs emergency repairs and planned overhauls of pumps, replacing damaged components and restoring full functionality, and conducts pump performance tests, including flow, pressure and energy efficiency measurements, to ensure optimum equipment performance.
