Steel constructions

We manufacture steel constructions that are used in various areas of construction and industry. We create skeletal structures (steel load-bearing frames used in the construction of industrial halls), trusses (structures consisting of elements joined in the form of triangles, used in bridges, roofs and towers), spatial structures (complex structures often used in large roofs of stadiums and airplane hangars), and platforms and special structures (steel structures used in oil rigs, wind power stations and heavy industry). To create structures, we use steel and steel profiles, which, due to their properties such as strength, flexibility, durability and ability to carry heavy loads, are ideal materials for creating load-bearing structures and other building components.

Transmission insulation systems

The insulation systems carried out by our company’s employees use insulating materials to control temperature, sound or fire protection in different types of buildings and industrial installations. One type of installation we carry out is thermal insulation – this allows for a reduction in heat transfer between the interior of the building and the environment, leading to energy savings and improved thermal comfort. Another type of insulation is acoustic insulation, the aim of which is to reduce the transmission of sound and noise between rooms or the external environment. When it comes to the fireproofing installation, its purpose is to protect the structure of buildings from the effects of fire, as well as to increase the time for evacuation and firefighting operations.

3D installation projects

We produce 3D installation designs – sophisticated, three-dimensional computer models that detail the layout and positioning of installation systems in buildings or industrial sites. They represent a modern approach to the design and management of installation systems, offering numerous benefits in terms of efficiency, accuracy and communication.
These blueprints are created using specialised CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software and used at various stages of the design, construction and management of buildings and technical installations. Our 3D models allow for an accurate representation of the actual sizes, shapes and positions of installation components. In addition, the 3D models allow a realistic visualisation of the installation, making it easier for all parties involved in the construction process to understand the project. We also offer the possibility to simulate the operation of systems, such as water flow, ventilation or loads, prior to their actual installation.

Pipeline contracting

Pipeline contracting is a process provided by our company that includes the design, construction, installation and maintenance of pipeline systems. As is well known, pipelines are used to transport a variety of utilities such as water, gas, oil, chemicals or wastewater. A well-designed and constructed pipeline ensures the safe and efficient transfer of utilities, minimising the risk of failure and negative environmental impact. The pipeline construction process involves several key stages. The first is design, during which an analysis of the customer’s needs and requirements is carried out. The second stage of the process, pipeline construction, is site preparation and the third is the actual construction of the pipelines. Once the materials have been delivered to the site, excavation for the pipelines is carried out, pipes, couplings, valves and other components are assembled, pipes are welded and joined, and leakage and strength tests are carried out. Thermal, acoustic and anti-corrosion insulation of the pipes is also carried out.
